Dr. Kay Ready is the Founder of the WiHERed Movement, Speaker, Business Leader and Associate Real Estate Broker serving Metro Detroit.
Dr.Kay is known for helping women recognize what they already carry and activating them to lead with greater confidence, clarity and purpose.
Her leadership is grounded in both practice and purpose, not theory.
She is a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, and her impact has been formally recognized through proclamations from Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, including the official recognition of WiHERed Day in the State of Michigan.
