An active residential real estate professional serving the Metro Detroit, Michigan markets, Dr. Kay brings real-world industry experience to everything she teaches because she is still doing the work alongside the women she leads.
A Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, her impact has been formally recognized by Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, who proclaimed WiHERed Day in the State of Michigan.
